NRB Publishes Exchange Rates for May 19

Nepal Rastra Bank has released the official foreign exchange rates for Monday (May 19). As per the announcement, one US dollar can be bought for Rs 136.52 and sold for Rs 137.12. The euro is being bought at Rs 152.40 and sold at Rs 153.07. The buying rate for the UK pound is Rs 181.22, and the selling rate is Rs 182.02. For the Swiss franc, the rates are Rs 162.94 for buying and Rs 163.66 for selling.

The Australian dollar is being bought for Rs 87.41 and sold for Rs 87.80. The Canadian dollar's buying rate is Rs 97.76 and the selling rate is Rs 98.18. One Singapore dollar can be bought for Rs 105.03 and sold for Rs 105.49.

For 10 Japanese yen, the buying rate is Rs 9.37 and the selling rate is Rs 9.42. One Chinese yuan is worth Rs 18.94 when buying and Rs 19.02 when selling. The Saudi Arabian riyal is being bought at Rs 36.40 and sold at Rs 36.56, while the Qatari riyal has a buying rate of Rs 37.45 and a selling rate of Rs 37.62.

The Thai baht is valued at Rs 4.09 for buying and Rs 4.11 for selling. The UAE dirham can be bought for Rs 37.17 and sold for Rs 37.34. The Malaysian ringgit is priced at Rs 31.78 for buying and Rs 31.92 for selling.

For 100 South Korean won, the rates are Rs 9.76 to buy and Rs 9.80 to sell. The Swedish kronor is being bought for Rs 13.96 and sold for Rs 14.02, while the Danish kronor is valued at Rs 20.43 for buying and Rs 20.52 for selling.

The Hong Kong dollar has a buying rate of Rs 17.47 and a selling rate of Rs 17.55. The Kuwaiti dinar is worth Rs 444.04 for buying and Rs 445.99 for selling. The Bahraini dinar can be bought at Rs 362.12 and sold at Rs 363.71. The Omani rial has a buying rate of Rs 354.59 and a selling rate of Rs 356.15.

Lastly, 100 Indian rupees can be bought for Rs 160 and sold for Rs 160.15.
