Nepal Urges Qatar to Help Find Bipin Joshi

Foreign Minister Arzu Rana Deuba has requested Qatar to take more steps in helping find Nepali youth Bipin Joshi, who was abducted by Hamas. She made the request during a meeting with Bader Omar Ismail Al Dafa, the Qatari foreign minister’s special envoy on climate change and sustainability, who is currently in Kathmandu for the Sagarmatha Sambaad.

During their meeting, Minister Rana thanked Qatar for its efforts so far and urged them to continue pushing for Bipin's safe return home.

Apart from this, the two also talked about working together on climate change issues. Minister Rana thanked the Qatari envoy for attending the Sagarmatha Sambaad and expressed interest in future cooperation to tackle climate challenges.
