Nepal Rastra Bank has set the foreign currency exchange rates for today (Friday). The buying rate of 1 US dollar is Rs 148.67, and the selling rate is Rs 149.27.
The euro is being bought at Rs 171.24 and sold at Rs 171.93. The UK pound sterling is set at Rs 196.13 for buying and Rs 196.92 for selling, while the Swiss franc is Rs 185.78 for buying and Rs 186.53 for selling.
Among other currencies, the Australian dollar is Rs 102.03 for buying and Rs 102.44 for selling. The Canadian dollar is Rs 106.79 and Rs 107.22, and the Singapore dollar is Rs 115.44 and Rs 115.91.
In Asian currencies, 10 Japanese yen are bought at Rs 9.31 and sold at Rs 9.34. The Chinese yuan is Rs 21.55 for buying and Rs 21.64 for selling. The Saudi riyal is Rs 39.61 and Rs 39.77, and the Qatari riyal is Rs 40.78 and Rs 40.94.
The Thai baht is Rs 4.53 for buying and Rs 4.55 for selling. The UAE dirham is Rs 40.48 and Rs 40.64, while the Malaysian ringgit is Rs 36.81 and Rs 36.96. Similarly, 100 South Korean won are Rs 9.80 and Rs 9.84. The Swedish krona is Rs 15.65 and Rs 15.71, and the Danish krone is Rs 22.92 and Rs 23.01.
The Hong Kong dollar is Rs 18.97 for buying and Rs 19.05 for selling. The Kuwaiti dinar is Rs 484.50 and Rs 486.46, the Bahraini dinar is Rs 393.78 and Rs 395.36, and the Omani rial is Rs 386.21 and Rs 387.76. Likewise, 100 Indian rupees are bought at Rs 160 and sold at Rs 160.15.
