Nepal Police has urged the public to provide information related to the incidents of vandalism, arson and looting that took place during protests in various parts of Kathmandu, including Tinkune, Koteshwor, Sinamangal, and Jadibuti on Friday (March 28).
A statement from the law enforcement agency states that private and public properties, police stations, communication offices, political party offices and commercial centers were targeted during the unrest. Vehicles were also damaged, and several individuals were engaged in unlawful activities.
To aid the investigation, police have called on citizens to submit any evidence, including photos, videos or details of those involved in the acts of violence. Authorities have assured that the identity of informants will be kept strictly confidential.
