In the ongoing ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Global Qualifier match in Kathmandu, the Netherlands have set a target of 141 runs for Nepal to chase.
After winning the toss on Thursday at the Tribhuvan University Cricket Ground, the Netherlands chose to bat first. They scored 140 runs for the loss of five wickets in their 20 overs.
Dutch captain Babette de Leede was the top scorer with 49 runs off 47 balls. Opener Febe Molkenboer got out without scoring, while the other opener, Heather Siegers, made 13 runs.
For Nepal, Rubina Chhetri took two wickets, and Somu Bish, Pooja Mahato, and Riya Sharma took one wicket each.
