Nabil Bank has made a net profit of 3.24 billion rupees in the first 6 months of the current fiscal year 2081/82.
In the same period last year, Nabil Bank made a profit of 3.20 billion rupees, showing a slight increase this year. Although the bank’s interest income has decreased, the profit has increased slightly due to a rise in commission and fee income. Last year, the bank’s interest income was 8.24 billion rupees, but this year it has decreased by 4.21%, reaching 7.89 billion 59 million rupees.
The bank's fee and commission income has increased by 1.82%, reaching 1 billion 51 million 14 thousand rupees this year. Last year, it was 1 billion 48 million 43 thousand rupees. Along with the profit, the bank's earnings per share (EPS) have also increased, rising from 23.74 rupees to 24.05 rupees.
