International flights were severely disrupted on Saturday after multiple Middle Eastern countries temporarily suspended their airspace due to the evolving security situation.

Kuwait closed its airspace as a precaution, prompting airlines including Jazeera Airways to suspend or delay flights. In the UAE, both Emirates and flydubai temporarily halted several services, while airport authorities in Dubai suspended check-in operations for a limited period.

Qatar Airways also suspended flights to and from Doha following airspace restrictions. India’s IndiGo and Akasa Air paused multiple Middle East routes, offering passengers refunds or alternative arrangements.

Nepal’s Tribhuvan International Airport urged travelers to check flight status before heading to the airport, citing possible delays and cancellations.

Authorities and airlines said passenger safety remains the top priority as they continue to monitor the situation.
