Kathmandu Records 4°C Early Morning Temperature

Kathmandu recorded a temperature of 4.0 degrees Celsius at 5:45 am on Thursday, according to the Weather Forecasting Division.

This reading is preliminary. The official minimum temperature for the day will be recorded again at 8:45 am, and weather officials say the temperature may drop further by that time.

A similar situation was seen on Wednesday. The temperature was 2.5 degrees Celsius early in the morning, but the official minimum temperature later increased to 3.4 degrees Celsius.

The Weather Forecasting Division records minimum and maximum temperatures daily across the country, including Kathmandu. The minimum temperature is officially recorded at 8:45 am, while the maximum temperature is measured at 5:45 pm.
