Finance Minister Khanal Returns Official Diplomatic Passport

Finance Minister Rameshore Khanal has returned his diplomatic passport to the Department of Passports under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Khanal shared this information through a social media post, saying that the diplomatic passport given to him while serving as finance minister has been returned because it is no longer needed.

In his Facebook post, he mentioned that the diplomatic passport (No. DA0002710) issued to him for official use as finance minister has been handed back to the Department of Passports.

He said the passport was returned through the Administration Division of the Ministry of Finance.

Khanal is currently serving as the finance minister in the interim government led by Sushila Karki, which was formed after the Gen-Z movement.
