Kathmandu Metropolitan City’s monitoring team inspected three key local buildings on Tuesday as part of its review of ongoing and completed projects. The inspection, led by Acting Chief Sunita Dangol, covered the Humla Limi Community Building in Boudha, Buddha Samaj Kendra Building in Ramhiti, and the Karm Rong Development Society Building, also in Ramhiti.
Chief Dangol emphasized the role of such infrastructure in preserving local heritage and daily life. “These buildings reflect our beliefs and play a vital role in safeguarding our villages and way of life. Feedback from residents about budgets and needs keeps us accountable,” she said.
She further stated that the city is open to creating temporary structures if necessary and reaffirmed its commitment to continuing infrastructure development projects.
