Kathmandu District Court Approves Custody of Jangam and Dahal

Kathmandu District Court has granted permission to hold Bharat Jangam and Luman Dahal in custody for investigation in the Sai Swagat Cooperative fraud case.
Jangam and Dahal were arrested in Kathmandu on Sunday, and the court has allowed a five-day custody for further investigation.
People including Shaili Thapa, had filed complaints regarding this cooperative fraud case. Following this, an arrest warrant was issued by the Kathmandu District Court. On Sunday, former chairman of Sai Swagt Cooperative Bharatmani Jangam was arrested from Bijulibazar in Kathmandu. After his arrest, former treasurer Luman Dahal was also arrested.  Investigations have begun against them in connection with the cooperative fraud case.
