Recently, the White House's new order to stop federal grants, loans, and other financial assistance has been temporarily blocked by the judges.

The judges are not ready to implement this action as many sectors and programs will be disrupted by not utilizing the American funds. As a result, there is growing uncertainty about which sectors and programs will be affected.

According to White House Press Secretary Karoline Levitt, the purpose of President Trump's decision to not use the available funds in the American government is to manage tax collection and aid distribution in an orderly manner.

Before the Trump administration's plan to freeze the federal funds took effect, it was reported that U.S. judges had intervened, as mentioned by BBC. U.S. District Judge Loren Ali Khan in Washington, D.C., has stated that programs funded by these resources should not be paused until at least February 3.
