'Hostel 3' Starts Strong at Box Office with Houseful Shows Across Nepal

The movie Hostel 3 made a strong start at the box office since its release on Friday. By Saturday, the film's business picked up even more, with many theaters reporting full shows. 

According to distributor Govinda Shahi, most theaters in Kathmandu had 80-100% occupancy, while distributor Rohit Kattel confirmed a similar response outside the capital. The film is expected to earn over Rs 1 crore nationwide on Saturday alone.

Lead actor Paras Bam Thakuri, known as "Cool Boy," has received a lot of love from fans, especially due to his TikTok popularity. Viewers have praised the film’s performances, twists and climax, with many saying it is better than the previous two parts. The production team believes strong word-of-mouth will keep the film going in the coming days.

Director Sashan Kandel, making his debut, expressed his happiness over the positive response. He said that while box office success matters, the audience’s love is even more important. The movie stars Paras Bam Thakuri, Simran Panta, Ashish Ghimire, Padam Tamang, Rihan Giri, Hena Nagarkoti, Sama Parajuli, Umar Khan, and Santosh Baniya. The movie tells the story of the fun and struggles of students living in a hostel. 

With a strong opening, positive audience reactions and growing fan support, Hostel 3 is expected to continue its successful run in theaters across Nepal.
