The Meteorology Division of the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology has forecasted light to moderate snowfall and rainfall across several regions of Nepal starting from the night of October 27 until the morning of October 29.
The provinces most affected include Gandaki, Lumbini, and Karnali, as well as hilly and mountainous areas of other provinces. In higher-altitude parts of Gandaki Province, some areas may experience heavy snowfall.
Authorities have urged people to remain cautious, as the weather may disrupt daily life, mountaineering activities, agriculture, and tourism. The Meteorology Division continues to monitor the system closely and will provide regular updates on the situation.
