Gold prices have fallen again in the domestic market, decreasing by Rs 2,000 per tola on Monday.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Associations, the price of fine gold is now Rs 239,900 per tola, down from Rs 241,900 on the previous trading day.
This marks a total fall of Rs 13,600 per tola since the end of the Tihar festival, with prices dropping sharply after reaching a record high of Rs 258,000 per tola on October 17.
Meanwhile, silver prices have also gone down by Rs 35 per tola, now standing at Rs 2,980
