Gold, Silver Rates Rise Ahead of Wedding Season

Gold prices in Nepal went up by Rs 800 per tola on Wednesday, reaching Rs 254,100, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association. Silver also rose, hitting a new record of Rs 3,655 per tola, up Rs 110 from Tuesday.

Traders say the rise is due to higher demand during the festival and wedding season. Global market changes are also affecting gold and silver prices, keeping the market busy and active.
