Gold Prices Continue Two-Day Decline in Domestic Market

Gold and silver prices have continued to slide, with gold dropping by Rs 1,100 per tola and silver by Rs 25 in the domestic market.

The price of gold has dropped for the second straight day, falling by Rs 1,100 per tola on Wednesday. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, fine gold is now being traded at Rs 237,200 per tola, down from Rs 238,300 on Tuesday.

 

The yellow metal had remained stable at Rs 239,700 per tola on Sunday and Monday before starting its downward slide.

 

Similarly, silver prices have also continued to fall, dropping by Rs 25 per tola to Rs 2,990 on Wednesday, following a Rs 45 decline the previous day.
