Gold Price in Nepal Hits All-Time High, Silver Slips Slightly

The price of gold in Nepal climbed to a record high on Wednesday, setting a new benchmark in the domestic market.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the rate of hallmark gold reached Rs 207,900 per tola, an increase of Rs 2,000 from Tuesday’s price of Rs 205,900 per tola. This is the highest price ever recorded in the Nepali bullion market.

While gold prices touched historic levels, silver recorded a slight decline. The price of silver dipped by Rs 5, standing at Rs 2,480 per tola, compared to Rs 2,485 per tola on Tuesday.
