Gold Hits Rs 2.78 Lakh, Silver Also Climbs

Gold and silver prices in Nepal kept rising on Wednesday, reaching new record levels.

Gold went up by Rs 1,500 per tola, with the Nepal Gold and Silver Traders’ Association setting the price at Rs 278,000 per tola. The day before, it was Rs 276,500 per tola.

Silver also increased, rising by Rs 315 per tola. Its new price was Rs 5,655 per tola, up from Rs 5,340 per tola the previous day.
