Founders Of Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Selling Shares

The four founding shareholders of Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance are planning to withdraw their investments all at once. 

The company’s shareholder Shaila Shrestha, who holds 120,780 shares, Shailesh Shrestha with 12,078 shares, Sunrise Holding Pvt. Ltd. with 18,384 shares, and Anil Shrestha with 2,196 shares are all preparing to sell their respective shares. 

These shares, belonging to the four founding shareholders, will be available for purchase. Anyone who is interested in buying these shares are noticed to submit an application to the company’s central office in Kamaladi within the next 35 days.
