Covid and Seasonal Illnesses Rising: Stay Safe

With changing weather, health officials are seeing a rise in Covid, cold, cough, and flu cases across Nepal. Most Covid cases are in Bagmati, but infections are also being found at border points, especially among returnees from India.

Nepal currently has 160 active Covid cases, with 30 new cases in the past week. Health workers are using test kits at risk areas and preparing for more cases.

Doctors are urging people especially the elderly and those with health issues to be careful. Wear masks, stay clean, and visit a doctor if you feel sick. Stay alert and stay healthy.
