Bagmati Chief Minister announces a new Project Bank to choose development projects based on local needs, not politics.

Bagmati Province Chief Minister Bahadur Singh Lama has announced plans to set up a Province Project Bank. He made this statement during a seminar organized by the Bagmati Province Policy and Planning Commission on provincial planning.
The Chief Minister explained that the purpose of the Project Bank is to end the practice of selecting development projects based on political influence. Instead, projects will be chosen according to the needs of local communities. He emphasized that this will help make the development process fairer and more efficient.
Lama also shared his commitment to making the necessary laws for the creation of the Province Project Bank. He said the law will ensure that the system works properly and is implemented effectively.
Additionally, the Chief Minister expressed his determination to make the Province Policy and Planning Commission a powerful and influential body. This will help in better planning and management of development projects across the province.
The Province Project Bank is expected to improve the way development is planned and executed in Bagmati Province, benefiting local communities.
