Are disparate forces rooting for the Sanatan Hindu kingdom, constitutional monarchy and the abrogation of federalism coming closer?

At a protest assembly organized at the call of Rastriya Prajatantra Party-Nepal in Shanti Vatika, Kathmandu, on Monday, some of these forces shared a common platform and addressed the gathering.

President of the RPP-Nepal Kamal Thapa, RPP chair Rajendra Lingden, coordinator of the Joint Movement Mobilization Committee Navaraj Suvedi, chair of the Rastriya Janashakti Party Keshar Bahadur Bista and Dhawal Shumsher Rana, a lawmaker from the RPP, stood together at the gathering.

RPP’s Lingden said: Corruption and bad governance have gripped the country, rendering the future of new generations uncertain.

At this juncture, all patriotic forces should come together for the protection of the country, he said: At a time when plutocracy and tyranny are reigning supreme in the name of democracy, there is no other force other than us that can end it all.

While Kamal Thapa of the RPP claimed that restoration of monarchy is possible within a matter of months if all pro-monarchist forces move ahead unitedly.

If all of us make a solemn pledge and move ahead by forging unity, restoration of the Hindu state and monarchy will become a reality within a matter of months, he said.

If we manage to stand together, leaders supporting republicanism will be forced to do a rethink on their stance, Thapa said, assuring all and sundry that the movement for the restoration of the Hindu nation and constitutional monarchy will move ahead in a new way as a force to reckon with.

Bista of the RJP remarked that goons were ruling the country at present.

Suvedi of the mobilization committee also urged all forces rooting for the restoration of the monarchy to unite, calling on all concerned to move ahead by joining hands for the restoration of the monarchy, Hindu state and the abrogation of federalism.
