The CPN-UML, is all set for awakening rally in the Kathmandu Valley tomorrow, Friday.

The party plans to mobilize around 100,000 people for the event, which has been called a "mass gathering." The rally will begin at the Martyrs' Gate and proceed through Bir Hospital and Jamal before reaching Darbar Marg. The rally at Darbar Marg will be addressed by party president and Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, along with General Secretary Shankar Pokhrel.

Leaders from the party say the gathering will demonstrate the true strength of the CPN-UML. "Some anarchic forces, opposed to the leadership of UML, are spreading rumors about protests. This mass gathering is a response to that," said one party leader. In response to ongoing protests against the Prime Minister, the UML has invested all its resources into this event. According to the leaders, over the past week, the party's entire organizational structure, including its departmental branches, has been mobilized in the capital.
