Ujyalo Nepal Party has clarified that it has not entered into any electoral alliance or unity with any political party.
In a statement issued on Saturday, the party expressed serious concern over news reports and rumors circulating in various media outlets, social media platforms, and public discussions claiming that it had formed alliances or electoral agreements with certain parties or candidates.
In the statement released by spokesperson Dr. Raju Thapa, the party said, “The party has not made any formal or informal decision or agreement regarding alliance, electoral unity, coordination, cooperation, or support with any political party, candidate, or group to date, nor has it expressed any commitment. Therefore, we request everyone not to treat unverified news, speculation, or rumors published in the party’s name as true and to rely only on official statements and authorized channels of the party for confirmed information.”
The statement further warned that if anyone is found misusing the party’s name to spread false information, misinformation, or misleading content, necessary legal action will be taken.
