Silver prices in Nepal reached a new record on Friday, rising by Rs 75 per tola in a single day. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Associations, silver is now being traded at Rs 2,150 per tola, the highest rate ever recorded. Just a day earlier, it was priced at Rs 2,075.
While silver surged, gold prices remained stable. The price of gold continued at Rs 193,700 per tola, the same as the previous day. Experts expect the prices of both gold and silver to rise further in the international market in the coming days.
This jump in silver's value reflects global trends and increasing investor interest, as many turn to precious metals for financial security.
