The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has called a meeting of its parliamentary party members on Saturday morning at 9 AM. According to party spokesperson and lawmaker Manish Jha, the meeting will focus on the recent visit visa scandal that has caused a big political uproar in the country.
The RSP has been strongly raising this issue both inside and outside Parliament. The party is demanding the resignation of Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak, claiming he has a role in the visa scam. They believe he should step down immediately to allow a fair investigation.
In response to the scandal, the government has formed an investigation committee led by former Chief Secretary Shanker Das Bairagi. However, the RSP has rejected this committee. They argue that it is neither independent nor trustworthy, and say it was formed to protect those involved.
The visa scam has become a serious national issue, and RSP says it will continue to fight until the truth comes out and action is taken against those responsible.
