Prime Minister KP Oli to Inaugurate Koshi Province Tourism Year 2082 BS

Prime Minister KP Oli is set to officially launch the Koshi Province Tourism Year, 2082 BS.

The inauguration ceremony will be held at the RR Garden in Laligurans Municipality-1, Tehrathum, on Wednesday, March 9, at 11:30 AM.

Mayor Arjun Babu Mabohang confirmed that Prime Minister Oli will be the one to open the event.

The event is being organized by the provincial government with support from Laligurans Municipality, according to Mayor Mabohang.

Before the inauguration, a panel discussion will take place on Tuesday, April 8, focusing on the topics ‘Democracy and Environment’ and ‘Biodiversity and Gurras Tourism’.

The discussion will feature political experts Mumaram Khanal, Keshav Dahal, Mohan Timsina, Mayor Mabohang, and Bishal Ghimire, the Secretary of Koshi Province, and will cover ‘Democracy and Environment’.

The Koshi Province Government has declared 2082 BS as the Koshi Province Tourism Year to help boost tourism in the region.
