President Ramchandra Poudel has emphasized that Gyalpo Lhosar fosters unity, social and cultural cohesion, tolerance, goodwill, and a spirit of brotherhood among Nepalis.
In his message of greetings on the occasion of Gyalpo Lhosar, President Poudel stated that festivals like Gyalpo Lhosar strengthen unity, social and cultural cohesion, tolerance, goodwill, and brotherhood among all Nepalis.
The message further reads, “Nepal is a multi-ethnic, multi-lingual, multi-religious, multi-cultural, and geographically diverse nation. Festivals like Gyalpo Lhosar help promote unity, social and cultural harmony, tolerance, goodwill, and brotherhood among all Nepalis. They contribute to further strengthening broader national unity.”
He also extended heartfelt wishes for happiness, peace, and prosperity to all Nepali brothers and sisters, both at home and abroad, on the occasion of the Sherpa community’s Gyalpo Lhosar festival.
