Prachanda Expresses Discomfort With Nepal's Political Atmosphere

Former Prime Minister and Chairperson of the CPN (Maoist Centre), Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda', has stated that the current political atmosphere in Nepal is uncomfortable and not encouraging. 

Speaking at a press conference organized by the Press Centre at Surkhet Airport today, Prachanda, who is also the leader of the main opposition in Parliament, expressed concerns over the government’s recent ordinances. 

He noted that opposition parties had issued a joint statement expressing their dissent. Prachanda added that it was due to the opposition’s demand that the government finally summoned a session of Parliament.
