The meeting of Nepal's House of Representatives, which was supposed to start at 11 AM on Sunday (March 30), has seen repeated postponement. The opposition parties have been disrputing the meeting, demanding that Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli explain the reason behind the removal of Kulman Ghising as the Managing Director of the Nepal Electricity Authority.
Even though the ruling party said the Prime Minister would speak about the issue in the next session, the opposition refused to accept this and continued to block the meeting. The HoR secretariat has rescheduled the meet at 4 PM through a notice.
