One Dead, Two Injured in Three-Motorcycle Collision in Kawasoti

Agyuli in Kawasoti Municipality-14 of Nawalparasi (Bardaghat Sustapur) witnessed a road accident involving three motorcycles, leaving one person dead and two others injured.

According to District Police Office Superintendent of Police (SP) Yubaraj Khadka, the motorcycles with registration numbers Ga Pra 04-001 Pa 8592, Province 03-03 Pa 2521, and Ga Pra 04-002 Pa 1847 collided last night on an inner road in Agyuli.

Om Prakash Khojwar, 28, of Devchuli Municipality-17, who was riding motorcycle Ga Pra 04-001 Pa 8592, was seriously injured in the crash. He died while undergoing treatment at Madhyabindu Provincial Hospital, Danda.

Similarly, 44-year-old Prameshwari Mahato and her four-year-old son Jason Mahato, who were riding as passengers on motorcycle Province 03-03 Pa 2521, were also injured.

Police have taken all three motorcycles into custody and further investigation is underway.
