CPN-UML Chair KP Sharma Oli has urged all political forces to remain alert against elements pushing the country toward instability and decline, stressing the need to bring Nepal back onto a democratic and well-governed path.
Addressing the party’s Central Committee meeting on Wednesday, Oli claimed that following the recent Gen Z movement, the UML has become the primary target of criticism. He argued that regressive forces have united against the party because of its firm stance on national sovereignty and public interest.
Oli described UML as the leading force in Nepal’s communist and reformist movement, both ideologically and practically. He warned that those opposed to anti-corruption measures, political stability, and national progress remain active and must be closely watched.
Oli also claimed that his government had strengthened Nepal’s national economy and steered the nation toward self-reliance during his tenure.
