NRB Publishes New Foreign Exchange Rates for Major Currencies

Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has published today’s foreign exchange rates. According to the central bank, one US dollar costs 143 rupees 65 paisa to buy and 144 rupees 25 paisa to sell.

The euro is priced at 167 rupees 14 paisa for buying and 167 rupees 84 paisa for selling. The UK pound stands at 191 rupees 20 paisa for buying and 192 rupees for selling.

One Swiss franc costs 178 rupees 44 paisa to buy and 179 rupees 18 paisa to sell.

The Australian dollar is set at 95 rupees 46 paisa for buying and 95 rupees 85 paisa for selling. The Canadian dollar costs 103 rupees 71 paisa for buying and 104 rupees 15 paisa for selling. The Singapore dollar is 110 rupees 82 paisa for buying and 111 rupees 28 paisa for selling.

Ten Japanese yen cost 9 rupees 17 paisa to buy and 9 rupees 20 paisa to sell. One Chinese yuan is valued at 20 rupees 34 paisa for buying and 20 rupees 42 paisa for selling. The Saudi Arabian riyal trades at 38 rupees 28 paisa for buying and 38 rupees 44 paisa for selling, while the Qatari riyal costs 39 rupees 42 paisa to buy and 39 rupees 58 paisa to sell.

The Thai baht is 4 rupees 51 paisa for buying and 4 rupees 53 paisa for selling. The UAE dirham stands at 39 rupees 11 paisa for buying and 39 rupees 27 paisa for selling. The Malaysian ringgit costs 34 rupees 88 paisa for buying and 35 rupees 03 paisa for selling, and 100 South Korean won are priced at 9 rupees 77 paisa for buying and 9 rupees 82 paisa for selling.

The Swedish krona is 15 rupees 39 paisa for buying and 15 rupees 45 paisa for selling. The Danish kroner stands at 22 rupees 38 paisa for buying and 22 rupees 47 paisa for selling. The Hong Kong dollar is fixed at 18 rupees 46 paisa for buying and 18 rupees 54 paisa for selling.

The Kuwaiti dinar costs 467 rupees 76 paisa to buy and 469 rupees 72 paisa to sell. The Bahraini dinar is set at 381 rupees 06 paisa for buying and 382 rupees 65 paisa for selling, while the Omani rial stands at 373 rupees 13 paisa for buying and 374 rupees 69 paisa for selling.

Finally, 100 Indian rupees are valued at 160 rupees for buying and 160 rupees 15 paisa for selling.
