Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has published the official foreign exchange rates for today. As per the central bank, the buying rate of one US dollar has been set at Rs 144.76, while the selling rate stands at Rs 145.36.
Similarly, one euro is being bought at Rs 170.70 and sold at Rs 171.41. The UK pound sterling has been fixed at Rs 196.72 for buying and Rs 197.54 for selling. In the same way, the Swiss franc is being traded at Rs 186.09 for buying and Rs 186.86 for selling.
The Australian dollar is priced at Rs 101.01 for buying and Rs 101.43 for selling. Likewise, the Canadian dollar is being bought at Rs 105.78 and sold at Rs 106.22. The Singapore dollar has been fixed at Rs 113.68 for buying and Rs 114.16 for selling.
Among Asian currencies, 10 Japanese yen is being bought at Rs 9.22 and sold at Rs 9.26. The Chinese yuan is set at Rs 20.86 for buying and Rs 20.95 for selling. Similarly, the Saudi Arabian riyal is being bought at Rs 38.60 and sold at Rs 38.76, while the Qatari riyal is fixed at Rs 39.61 for buying and Rs 39.77 for selling.
According to NRB, the Thai baht is being traded at Rs 4.58 for buying and Rs 4.60 for selling. The UAE dirham has been set at Rs 39.41 for buying and Rs 39.58 for selling. Likewise, the Malaysian ringgit is being bought at Rs 36.67 and sold at Rs 36.82.
The exchange rate for the Swedish krona has been fixed at Rs 15.98 for buying and Rs 16.05 for selling. Similarly, the Danish krona is set at Rs 22.86 for buying and Rs 22.95 for selling. The Hong Kong dollar is being traded at Rs 18.52 for buying and Rs 18.60 for selling.
Other currencies include the Kuwaiti dinar, which is being bought at Rs 473.69 and sold at Rs 475.65. The Bahraini dinar has been fixed at Rs 383.97 for buying and Rs 385.56 for selling, while the Omani riyal is set at Rs 376.02 for buying and Rs 377.58 for selling.
Meanwhile, the buying rate of 100 Indian rupees has been fixed at Rs 160, while the selling rate stands at Rs 160.15.
