NRB Announces Sunday’s Exchange Rates

Nepal Rastra Bank has released the official foreign exchange rates for Sunday. According to the central bank, one US dollar is being bought at Rs 144.37 and sold at Rs 144.97.

The euro is priced at Rs 169.24 for buying and Rs 169.95 for selling. One British pound sterling has a buying rate of Rs 193.02 and a selling rate of Rs 193.82. The Swiss franc is being bought at Rs 181.48 and sold at Rs 182.24.

For the Australian dollar, the buying rate is Rs 96.19 and the selling rate is Rs 96.59. One Canadian dollar is being bought at Rs 104.91 and sold at Rs 105.34. The Singapore dollar has been fixed at Rs 111.75 for buying and Rs 112.21 for selling.

The bank has set the buying rate of 10 Japanese yen at Rs 9.26 and the selling rate at Rs 9.29. The Chinese yuan is being bought at Rs 20.46 and sold at Rs 20.55. The Saudi Arabian riyal stands at Rs 38.47 for buying and Rs 38.63 for selling, while the Qatari riyal is priced at Rs 39.61 and Rs 39.77 respectively.

Similarly, one Thai baht is being bought at Rs 4.58 and sold at Rs 4.60. The UAE dirham has a buying rate of Rs 39.31 and a selling rate of Rs 39.47. The Malaysian ringgit is fixed at Rs 35.21 for buying and Rs 35.35 for selling.

The South Korean won is set at Rs 9.78 for buying and Rs 9.82 for selling. The Swedish krona is being bought at Rs 15.53 and sold at Rs 15.59, while the Danish krone has rates of Rs 22.66 and Rs 22.75.

Nepal Rastra Bank has also fixed the Hong Kong dollar at Rs 18.54 for buying and Rs 18.62 for selling. The Kuwaiti dinar is being bought at Rs 470.58 and sold at Rs 472.54. Likewise, the Bahraini dinar stands at Rs 382.97 for buying and Rs 384.56 for selling, and the Omani rial at Rs 374.98 and Rs 376.54.

Finally, the buying rate of 100 Indian rupees has been set at Rs 160, while the selling rate is Rs 160.15.
