NEPSE Sees Strong Uptrend, All Sectors End in Green

The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index rose strongly on Sunday, gaining 47.55 points to close at 2,633.42.

According to NEPSE, more than 13.46 million shares of 328 companies were traded in 89,251 transactions. The total trading amount reached Rs 13.70 billion.

All market sectors ended the day in positive territory. The development bank, microfinance, and other sectors increased by over two percent.

Mid Solu Hydropower Limited recorded the highest price increase, with its share price rising by 9.49 percent. In contrast, Bin Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited saw the biggest fall in share price.

Union Hydropower Limited topped the market in terms of trading value, as shares worth Rs 276.35 million were traded during the session.
