Nepal Life Insurance's 25th AGM Approves 21.05% Dividend

The 25th Annual General Meeting of Nepal Life Insurance has been successfully completed. The meeting was held under the chairmanship of Govinda Lal Sanghai, the chairman of the company's Board of Directors. 

During the meeting, the annual progress report for the fiscal year 2080/81, presented by the chairman, was discussed and approved by the Board of Directors. The financial statements for the fiscal year 2080/81, including the balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and cash flow details, were also discussed and approved, along with the auditor’s report. 

The meeting appointed the auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82 and decided on their remuneration. Additionally, the meeting approved a proposal to distribute a total of 21.05% dividend, which includes 10% bonus shares and 11.05% cash dividend (after taxes on bonus shares and cash dividends).
