NC Vice President Bishwa Prakash Sharma Vows to Unite Party in New Era

Vice President of the Nepali Congress (NC), Bishwa Prakash Sharma, has promised to unite all parts of the party in the new NC’s campaign.

“This is a fresh start, and everyone should work together,” he said after the Election Commission officially recognized the Gagan Thapa-led NC. Thapa was elected President at the recent Special General Convention (SGC), while Sharma was elected Vice President.

In a video message on Friday evening, Sharma said that all leaders and party members would be included in the party’s activities. “NC is moving forward in a new way. It supports a liberal economy and embraces the ideas of the September 8–9 Gen Z movement,” he added.
