JSP Nepal Unveils Provincial Convention Schedule

The Janata Samajbadi Party (JSP) Nepal has announced the schedule for its provincial conventions.

Party’s Central Executive Committee has finalized the convention schedule, with provincial conventions set to be held on Bhadra 25, 26, and 27 (September 10-12) according to Purna Basnet, head of the Publicity and Publication Department.

According to Basnet, organized party membership must be renewed by the end of Asar 2082 (Mid-June) for all seven provincial conventions.

Office bearers or members elected through the party’s general convention/convention or through the nomination process at any level of the party will be eligible to contest as representatives, office bearers, or members for the provincial convention.

However, it has been stated that before filing their candidacy, individuals must resign from their current positions and submit proof of acceptance of the resignation along with their application/nomination/candidacy form.
