Home Loan Limit Increased to Rs 3 Crore

Nepal Rastra Bank has raised the maximum limit for home loans to Rs 3 crore.

While announcing the monetary policy for the upcoming fiscal year on Friday, Governor Dr. Bishwanath Paudel said the previous loan limit of Rs 2 crore has now been increased.

Along with this, the bank has also raised the loan-to-value (LTV) ratio for home loans to 80 percent, making it easier for people to borrow a larger portion of the home value.
