Gold Price Jumps, Silver Dips Slightly in Nepal

Gold prices have risen sharply in Nepal on Thursday. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Association, the price of gold increased by Rs 1,600, reaching Rs 192,900 per tola.

On the other hand, silver saw a small drop of Rs 15, with the new rate set at Rs 2,150 per tola.

The rise in gold price comes amid global market changes and could impact local buyers, especially with the festive and wedding season approaching. Silver, however, remains a slightly more affordable option for now.
