Gold and silver prices continued their upward trend on Wednesday, setting new records in the domestic market.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, gold rose by Rs 900 per tola, reaching Rs 268,100, up from Rs 267,200 on Tuesday. Silver also climbed by Rs 165 per tola, trading at Rs 4,420 compared to Rs 4,255 the previous day.
The recent surge follows a sharp jump in gold prices earlier this week, signaling strong demand and market volatility.
