Gold and Silver Prices Drop After Record High

Gold prices dropped sharply on Tuesday, just a day after hitting a record high.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, gold is now being sold at Rs 262,100 per tola, down by Rs 7,900 from Monday. On Monday, gold had reached its highest-ever price of Rs 270,000 per tola.

Silver prices also fell on Tuesday. Silver dropped by Rs 305 per tola and is currently trading at Rs 4,590 per tola. On Monday, silver had climbed to Rs 4,895 per tola.
