Foreign Currency Rates Drop Slightly, US Dollar Stable today on June 9: NRB

Nepal Rastra Bank has released the foreign currency exchange rates for today (Monday).

The value of the US dollar has stayed the same as yesterday. However, the value of some other currencies—like the Australian dollar, euro, British pound, and Kuwaiti dinar—has gone down slightly.

According to the central bank, one US dollar is being bought at NPR 136.71 and sold at NPR 137.31, which is the same as yesterday.

The euro is being bought at NPR 155.78 and sold at NPR 156.46 today. Yesterday, it was bought at NPR 156.13 and sold at NPR 156.81.

One British pound is being bought at NPR 184.90 and sold at NPR 185.71. The day before, the rates were NPR 185.14 (buying) and NPR 185.95 (selling).

The buying rate for one Australian dollar today is NPR 88.76, and the selling rate is NPR 89.15. Yesterday, these rates were slightly higher at NPR 88.78 and NPR 89.17.

The Kuwaiti dinar is being bought at NPR 445.45 and sold at NPR 447.41 today. These rates have dropped a bit from yesterday’s NPR 446.07 (buying) and NPR 448.03 (selling).

The Bahraini dinar is being bought at NPR 362.63 and sold at NPR 364.22. This is almost the same as yesterday’s rates of NPR 362.64 (buying) and NPR 364.23 (selling).
