Company Registration and Dissolution Now Possible Through Online

The provision of registering a company and even completing the dissolution process can now be done without visiting the office in person. The Office of the Company Registrar has launched an online system to make these processes easier.

To simplify company registration, management, and administration, all features of the Company Administration Management Information System (CAMIS) has been fully implemented. 

With this system, the process from starting a company to shutting it down can be done online. Applicants can submit their requests digitally, and the system will automatically assign them to the right staff. Name approvals and company registrations will be handled in a single step for faster processing.

Only applications that require physical verification, such as identity checks for shareholders, directors, or applicants, will need an office visit. All other processes will be managed online. Official documents and letters will be digitally signed and sent directly to the company’s online account, making the system more efficient.

According to the office, once an application is submitted, the assigned staff will review it, and the company will receive updates through the online system. Additionally, all previous applications and documents from the old system will still be accessible on the new platform.
