The Supreme Court will continue hearing a case on Thursday about the decision to drop organized crime and money laundering charges against RSP Chair Rabi Lamichhane.
According to Supreme Court spokesperson Arjun Prasad Koirala, the hearing started on Tuesday but was not finished, so it will continue on Thursday. The case is being heard by Justices Binod Sharma and Abdul Aziz Musalman.
Earlier, Justices Sapana Pradhan Malla and Shrikant Poudel had ordered the case to be heard regularly.
The charges against Lamichhane were withdrawn by Attorney General Sabita Bhandari Baral. However, this decision has been challenged in court by advocates Yubaraj Poudel, Dinesh Tripathi, and Abhas Regmi.
