Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has claimed that Nepal’s exports have reached a historic high this year. According to him, Nepal exported goods and services worth Rs. 277.32 billion in the current fiscal year.
Writing on Facebook, PM Oli said, “This year, exports have reached the highest point in Nepal’s history.” He compared it to the previous year, when the total exports were only Rs. 152.38 billion. This shows an increase of 81.80%, he said.
PM Oli stated that his government has focused on promoting exports based on domestic production. He added that the sharp rise in exports proves that the government’s policies are moving in the right direction.
