NRB Releases Daily Foreign Currency Rates

Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has published the foreign currency exchange rates for today (Friday).

According to the central bank, one US dollar is being bought at Rs 146.32 and sold at Rs 146.92. The euro is set at Rs 171.17 for buying and Rs 171.87 for selling, while the UK pound sterling is priced at Rs 196.32 for buying and Rs 197.12 for selling. The Swiss franc is being exchanged at Rs 184.46 for buying and Rs 185.21 for selling.

The Australian dollar has a buying rate of Rs 99.53 and a selling rate of Rs 99.94. Similarly, the Canadian dollar is being bought at Rs 105.84 and sold at Rs 106.28, while the Singapore dollar stands at Rs 113.98 for buying and Rs 114.45 for selling.

Among Asian currencies, 10 Japanese yen are being bought at Rs 9.22 and sold at Rs 9.26. The Chinese yuan is priced at Rs 20.98 for buying and Rs 21.06 for selling. The Saudi Arabian riyal is set at Rs 39.02 for buying and Rs 39.18 for selling, while the Qatari riyal is being exchanged at Rs 40.15 and Rs 40.31 respectively.

The Thai baht is trading at Rs 4.67 for buying and Rs 4.69 for selling. The UAE dirham has been fixed at Rs 39.84 for buying and Rs 40.00 for selling. The Malaysian ringgit is priced at Rs 36.22 for buying and Rs 36.37 for selling. The rate for 100 South Korean won is Rs 9.97 for buying and Rs 10.01 for selling.

Likewise, the Swedish krona is being exchanged at Rs 16.15 for buying and Rs 16.22 for selling, while the Danish krone stands at Rs 22.92 and Rs 23.01 respectively. One Hong Kong dollar is priced at Rs 18.76 for buying and Rs 18.84 for selling.

Among Gulf currencies, the Kuwaiti dinar is set at Rs 478.72 for buying and Rs 480.68 for selling, the Bahraini dinar at Rs 388.09 and Rs 389.68, and the Omani rial at Rs 380.08 for buying and Rs 381.64 for selling. Meanwhile, 100 Indian rupees are being bought at Rs 160 and sold at Rs 160.15.
