NRB Publishes Daily Exchange Rates

Nepal Rastra Bank has published today’s foreign exchange rates. According to the central bank, one US dollar is bought for Rs. 137.96 and sold for Rs. 138.56. The euro is bought at Rs. 161.78 and sold at Rs. 162.48. The buying and selling rates for the British pound are Rs. 186.70 and Rs. 187.51. For the Swiss franc, the rates are Rs. 173.86 and Rs. 174.62. The Australian dollar is being bought at Rs. 90.96 and sold at Rs. 91.35, while the Canadian dollar is at Rs. 101.56 for buying and Rs. 102 for selling. One Singapore dollar costs Rs. 108 to buy and Rs. 108.47 to sell.

Ten Japanese yen are bought for Rs. 9.43 and sold for Rs. 9.47. One Chinese yuan is bought at Rs. 19.26 and sold at Rs. 19.35. The Saudi riyal is exchanged at Rs. 36.77 for buying and Rs. 36.93 for selling. The Qatari riyal is bought at Rs. 37.85 and sold at Rs. 38.01. The Thai baht has rates of Rs. 4.29 for buying and Rs. 4.31 for selling. The UAE dirham is being exchanged at Rs. 37.56 and Rs. 37.72.

For the Malaysian ringgit, the buying rate is Rs. 32.63 and the selling rate is Rs. 32.87. One hundred South Korean won are bought for Rs. 10.03 and sold for Rs. 10.07. The Swedish krona is bought at Rs. 14.51 and sold at Rs. 14.57, while the Danish krone is exchanged at Rs. 21.67 for buying and Rs. 21.77 for selling. The Hong Kong dollar has rates of Rs. 17.57 for buying and Rs. 17.65 for selling.

The Kuwaiti dinar is the highest, bought at Rs. 452.11 and sold at Rs. 454.70. The Bahraini dinar is bought at Rs. 365.96. The Omani rial is bought for Rs. 358.33 and sold for Rs. 359.89. Lastly, 100 Indian rupees are exchanged for Rs. 160 when buying and Rs. 160.15 when selling.
